To deliver specialised project management administrative support services.

Job Description

This role involves project and programme administrative activities across the Voice Technology change portfolio, including maintaining information files, completing project documentation, and ensuring adherence to project governance. The focus is on quality assurance, meeting deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of the Voice Technology book of work.
  • Serving as the primary contact between stakeholders including Group Finance, Business, Tech Delivery Leads, and external partners.
  • Enhancing operational efficiency of the Voice Technology Portfolio by measuring resource capacity and productivity.
  • Acting as the stand-in for the Voice Technology Change Portfolio when necessary.
  • Assisting in program and project execution, following up on action items, updating weekly action lists, and managing risks/issues.
  • Collaborating with Portfolio and Tech Delivery Leads to develop business cases.
  • Ensuring compliance with governance procedures, flagging exceptions, and storing governance documentation.
  • Managing project reporting and resource management, including creating projects on PlanEx, updating milestones, finances, and other project data.
  • Gathering and consolidating monthly reports and meeting minutes for the Voice Tech Change Council.
  • Conducting invoice QA checks, managing invoice payments, and vendor relationships.
  • Monitoring and capturing project benefits, tracking qualitative benefits, and ensuring accountability.
  • Overseeing reporting activities, supporting routine portfolio meetings, and managing operational risks.
  • Maintaining detailed project and resource plans, monitoring resource and budget usage.
  • Creating POs, closing projects on PlanEx, and ensuring all governance requirements are met for project closure.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies is required.
