Broker Liaison

Location: Johannesburg
Salary: R12,500 R15,000 (depending on experience)

Are you a well-organised, detail-oriented individual with a knack for communication? Were looking for a dedicatedBroker Liaison to join our growing team and support our broker network with efficient administrative coordination and client communication.

Role Overview:

The Broker Liaison plays a crucial role in supporting our broker operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, data accuracy, and effective communication with both brokers and clients. You will act as a key link between internal systems, our broker team, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm Agency Status and verify product-specific training when quotes are requested.
  • Initiate agency setup by liaising with the broker and, when necessary, with Lombard.
  • Check if brokers are registered on MyMembership; facilitate completion of Broker Info Sheets and upload to system.
  • Liaise with clients to obtain banking details and other supporting documentation as required.
  • Maintain and manage data within our internal CRM system.

  • Assist Broker Relationship Managers by verifying the accuracy of proposal forms.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Matric certificate (or higher).

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.

  • Comfortable engaging professionally with both brokers and clients.

  • Prior experience in a financial services or insurance environment will be advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and managing documentation.

  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
