Job description

An experienced Sales Executive is sought in Thohoyandou, Limpopo to represent a well-established South African hospitality group.

Scope & General Purpose :

  • To promote the image and services of the company so that maximum growth occurs through gaining new clients and contracts.
  • Required to manage all aspects of sales, including sourcing and securing new business, relationship management, database management, business presentations, workshops and reports.

Requirements :

  • Matric qualification and tertiary education in Sales & Marketing would be advantageous
  • Minimum 5-year sales experience in Hospitality Industry with a proven track record
  • Previous experience in the Hospitality industry with sales experience in the corporate, travel agents and government markets
  • Ability to conduct presentations and meetings both professionally and with confidence
  • Valid RSA ID
  • Valid Driver’s License with own reliable car
  • Position includes travel
  • Must be available to attend functions after hours
  • Dynamic self-starter with excellent negotiation skills
  • Professional in approach and well presented
  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a high level of dedication
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
