Key Tasks And Responsibilities
The Group’s Sales consultant will:
- Obtain client information by making calls to dealers or F&I’s and inform clients about the products and services offered.
- Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Establish policies by capturing correct client information, including premium confirmation, and transferring to Underwriting for pricing confirmation.
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions accurately, and providing relevant information.
- Maintain communication by reporting problems.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines and recommending improved procedures.
- Achieve sales and organizational goals by completing related tasks as needed.
- Contact businesses or private individuals by phone.
- Ensure and communicate sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
- Describe products and services and respond correctly to questions.
- Solve basic and some complex client queries or problems; escalate more complex issues to relevant departments.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and guide customers through the sales process while obtaining customer information.
- Obtain potential customer leads and maintain customer/potential customer databases.
- Follow up on initial contacts and build relationships with dealers or F&I’s.
- Achieve agreed-upon closing or conversion ratios and sales targets.
