Job Title: SAP FI Manager

The SAP FI Manager plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within an organization. They should be familiar with the end-to-end processes of these modules and understand their integration with other SAP modules. The manager will be responsible for implementing and overseeing SAP FI and CO software applications to streamline financial and management control processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Implementation and Maintenance: Oversee the deployment and upkeep of SAP FI/CO modules to meet business requirements.
2. Business Process Understanding: Analyze and address client needs by understanding their business processes.
3. Solution Design: Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP FI/CO solutions.
4. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the SAP FI/CO team for effective project execution.
5. Training: Provide end-user training on SAP FI/CO modules.
6. Best Practices: Develop and enforce standards for SAP FI/CO.
7. Troubleshooting: Resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
8. Documentation: Record system changes for transparency and future reference.
9. Support: Offer expert support for SAP FICO issues, including troubleshooting and system upgrades.

Additional responsibilities include SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in IT, Business Management, Finance, or related field.
• Either:
• 8 years’ experience in ICT environment with at least 3 years in managerial roles and 5 years in SAP FICO, with relevant certification, OR
• 10 years’ experience in ICT environment with at least 5 years in managerial roles and 5 years in SAP FICO, with relevant certification.
