Responsibilities

Collaborate with Supply Chain / Inventory Manager on delivery of goods and services according to commercial demand.

Ensure delivery for the Southern Africa region meets commercial expectations.

Keep the Commercial team and customers updated on stock issues, supply delays, and other relevant issues.

Coordinate with Supply Chain / Inventory Manager to ensure manufacturing, planning, and distribution meet demand.

Assist in national stock allocations versus forecasts.

Participate in system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and service levels.

Ensure correct monthly pricing is loaded into the system and orders are booked accordingly.

Monitor and manage stock levels and SOH (Stock on Hand) and Orders.

Provide regular customer feedback and follow-ups on stock-related queries.

Manage collections to reduce lead-times.

Communicate orders and loads with the Warehouse.

Manage back orders and system cleanup.

Staff Management

Set goals, KPIs, and manage performance of reporting staff.

Customer & Commercial Team Relationships

Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders.

Build relationships and support other Supply team functions.

Customer Service

Lead and manage the Customer Service team (Six direct reports).

Support communication with key stakeholders.

Drive continuous process and service improvements.
