Job description

As Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Your duties include defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders, and assessing technical feasibility. You will also define the project team, assign roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Map out project scope and dependencies across all teams
  2. Ensure resource availability and allocation for the project
  3. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  4. Coordinate and manage internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution, ensuring deliverables are available on time
  5. Manage plan implementation with a focus on quality of delivery
  6. Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  7. Measure project performance using suitable tools and techniques
  8. Regularly report on project progress and escalate issues as necessary
  9. Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  11. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  13. Close projects with proper closure processes
  14. Contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO
Requirements:
  • +5 years of experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects in IT, Telecom, Start-up, or Media sectors
  • Previous consulting experience is preferable
  • University degree
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects, preferably internationally
  • Experience with traditional IT/Technology/Telecom projects and virtual teams; agile experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to prioritize activities with the biggest business impact
  • Understanding of both business and technology stakeholder requirements
  • Knowledge of collaboration between Software Development, Testing, Business Analysis, and Project Management in agile environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize and work effectively in teams
  • Experience gathering and formulating technical and business requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in JIRA and MS Office
