As a Housekeeper, you'll play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where our residents feel comfortable, cared for, and respected.

Responsibilities

1. Clean and service assigned resident apartments and common areas
2. Disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and surfaces to prevent the spread of illness
3. Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish as needed — from blinds to baseboards
4. Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue
5. Gather and dispose of trash properly; clean refuse containers
6. Respond promptly to spills or accidents to maintain safety
7. Respect residents' privacy and property at all times
8. Maintain equipment and supply carts in clean, working condition
9. Follow all safety guidelines and facility protocols

• Comfortable performing routine, hands-on tasks
• Reliable and able to follow schedules and assignments
• Understands and supports resident rights and dignity

Requirements

• Willingness to complete required in-service training
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks
• Prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is a plus (but not required)
• Must be able to pass a state and federal background check
