Our client in the telecom sector is looking for a Senior Specialist OPIA / PDPR for a 6-month contract.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience :

Process Knowledge : Ability to map business processes based on their hierarchical levels.

Knowledge of telecom processes and functions is advantageous.

Business Analysis / Process Modelling : Ability to create data-driven visual representations of business workflows, analyze / document processes for privacy compliance or audits, and conduct privacy impact assessments using defined methodologies or tools.

Business Skills & Stakeholder Management : Excellent stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels, with experience in the technology & telecom industry and team environments.

Qualifications :

Engineering, Science, IT, Commercial, Business degree or NQF 7 equivalent.

Additional relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience :

Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including exposure to risk and compliance, business process work, relationship building, and communication skills.
