We're looking for a talented Strategic Operations Manager to join our Digital and Customer Division at the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to partner directly with the Executive Director to deliver key divisional priorities and drive initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and performance.

You will provide high-level strategic advice, lead business planning and project oversight, and influence decision-making at the executive level. From policy development to complex problem-solving, your insights will help guide the direction of one of the most innovative and fast-paced divisions in the department. This is your chance to make a real contribution to the liveability and prosperity of NSW by ensuring our internal operations are as effective and future-focused as the communities we serve.
