If you have worked with clients from America before and are confident in delivering exceptional customer service and upselling to the international market, consider applying for this role.

Key responsibilities :

1. Attend to inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
2. Upselling to customers.
3. Build rapport with the client, and ensure every experience is exceptional.
4. Think on your feet to provide solutions to challenges faced by the client.
5. You will be conversing in voice, email, and chat. Therefore, professionalism must be maintained through all channels.
6. Accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections.
7. Be comfortable and confident in your approach to clients.

Minimum Requirements :

1. Must have worked night shifts in a call centre.

3. MS Office literate.
4. Experience on a USA campaign is required.
