Our client manufacturing company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and manage their HR functions, support workforce development, and foster a productive and compliant work environment.

About the Role:
As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training within our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Support management in disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate staff training, health & safety, and performance reviews
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing setting
