This role involves managing an atelier, curating designer collections, and driving sales. It is crucial for enhancing store performance during peak seasons through sales management, staff training, operational efficiency, atelier management, and designer curation. The manager will play a key role in improving the company's revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  2. Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise seasonal staff. Ensure staff are trained in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  3. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock. Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
  4. Customer Service: Address complaints, uphold service standards, and create a welcoming shopping environment to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  5. Visual Merchandising: Oversee product presentation and create attractive displays to enhance the shopping experience and boost sales.
  6. Financial Management: Prepare budgets and forecasts, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  7. Operational Efficiency: Streamline store operations by adopting best practices and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  8. Change Management: Identify improvement areas and implement changes to enhance performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  9. Atelier Management: Oversee the atelier's operations, ensuring high craftsmanship standards and timely delivery of custom orders.
  10. Designer Curation: Curate designer collections, manage relationships with designers, and secure exclusive pieces.
  11. Sales Driving: Implement innovative sales techniques and promotional campaigns, collaborating with marketing teams for effective advertising.
