Position: Kitchen Manager

They are seeking a Kitchen Manager who leads by example in the kitchen and takes pride in meticulous stock management and smooth back-of-house operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  1. Managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and team performance.
  2. Taking ownership of stock control: ordering, receiving, recording, rotating, and minimizing waste.
  3. Collaborating with the Head Chef/General Manager to monitor food costs and inventory accuracy.
  4. Leading and supporting the kitchen team during service, training junior staff, and ensuring efficient shift planning.
  5. Maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement of ingredients.
  6. Ensuring compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Proven experience in a Kitchen Manager or senior kitchen role with stock control responsibilities.
  2. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  3. A sharp eye for detail regarding inventory, ordering, and waste reduction.
  4. Confidence in using stock management systems or inventory software.
  5. Knowledge of food safety standards and a valid food hygiene certification.
  6. A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.
