We are seeking highly skilled Data and Technical Analysis Service Providers / Consultants with demonstrated expertise in Data Analytics. Successful candidates will provide specialised knowledge in one or more of the following domains :

• Data and Software Engineering
• Data Science Advanced Applications and Automation

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the public sector and a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert analysis insights and solutions within the identified domains.
• Engage and collaborate with public sector clients to support strategic data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in data governance, security, and management.
• Apply advanced data science methodologies and automation tools to streamline processes.
• Conduct technical analysis and develop relevant software solutions where applicable.
• Contribute to administrative data and research projects.
• Lead and mentor teams ensuring successful project delivery.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience :

Education :

• A Master's Degree (NQF Level 9 or higher) in a relevant field.

Experience :

• Public Sector Experience : Minimum of 8 years relevant experience working with public sector clients.
• Technical Leadership : Proven experience leading 10 or more projects as a technical lead.
• Administrative & Unstructured Data : Minimum of 8 years experience working with large administrative and unstructured datasets.
• Relevant Domain Experience : At least 5 years of confirmed experience in any of the identified focus areas.

Preferred Skills :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in data engineering, data science tools, software development, and automation technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of data governance, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience in managing and delivering public sector projects effectively.
