Job description

Our client is seeking the services of a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join their team.

The position will be remote. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Credit.

Minimum Requirements :
  1. Degree in a Quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
  2. Post-Grad qualification or relevant professional qualification (FRM, MBA, CFA, etc.)
  3. Will be advantageous
  4. Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a Credit Risk Analyst role

Duties :
  1. Development, maintenance, and calibration of Pricing Models
  2. Managing pricing and product strategies
  3. Managing acquisition credit strategies (including credit policy rules, business rules, managing scorecard decisions)
  4. Updating IFRS9 provisions models
  5. Monthly EF portfolio reporting to internal stakeholders (OPSCO, MANCO, and EXCO)
  6. Quarterly portfolio reporting to external funders
  7. Ad-hoc requests for reporting (e.g., rating agencies)
  8. Data analyses to provide insights and drive business decisions
  9. Providing information to support external and internal audits
  10. Giving guidance and support to junior team members
