Finance Director

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business performance, enhance operational efficiencies, and contribute to the growth strategy of an expanding technology organization.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Operational Efficiency: Provide strategic leadership to the finance team. Drive operational efficiencies to maximize margins in alignment with growth strategy.
  2. Financial Reporting and Management: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for all entities within the sector. This includes budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, consolidation, and year-end processes, adhering to best practices applicable to the ICT sector.
  3. Business Performance and Growth: Collaborate with operational management to drive growth initiatives, both organic and acquisitive. Utilize financial insights to support decision-making, quantify margin enhancement projects, and evaluate risks and opportunities effectively.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including IFRS standards, tax planning, and structuring. Implement and maintain robust risk governance processes, internal controls, and financial reporting systems to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with group standards.
  5. Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including joint venture partners, minority shareholders, and regulatory authorities. Actively participate in board meetings, providing comprehensive financial insights and support to drive strategic execution.
