This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with solid warehouse and logistics experience, strong leadership ability, and a hands-on approach.Key Responsibilities : Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.Supervise all aspects of stock control —receiving, storage, dispatching—while minimizing damages and losses.Lead cycle counts and investigate stock discrepancies.Oversee logistics planning to ensure on-time and cost-effective deliveries .Keep accurate, real-time records on the warehouse management system.Ensure warehouse equipment, infrastructure, and fleet are in good condition.Lead, train, and support a high-performing warehouse team focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Requirements : Matric (Grade 12) is essential; a post-matric qualification is advantageous.Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing, logistics, and inventory control.Proven leadership skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Own vehicle and valid drivers licenseFlexible to work extended hours or shifts based on operational needs.Employment Equity : Preference may be given to candidates from designated groups, in line with the company's EE Plan.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
