Job Title: Process Controller
The purpose of this role is to prevent contamination of food products by identifying and controlling potential hazards in the production process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining product consistency and quality by monitoring production processes, raw materials, and finished products.
- Assisting the QC team with production assemblies.
- Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials, with experience in LAB experiments and testing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Process Controller or quality controller related qualifications.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in QA within the FOOD manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Reading blueprints.
- Monitoring operations to ensure they meet production standards.
- Recommending adjustments to assembly or production processes.
- Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials using LAB techniques.
- Ensuring all products requiring sieving meet quality standards.
- Checking and sending finished goods to customers in good condition.
- Assisting the production team and LAB.
- Improving product quality and reducing defects.
- Enhancing production efficiency.
- Gaining customer satisfaction.
- Being a team player.
