Responsibilities:
  • Understand client cultures and define ideal candidates accordingly
  • Build and maintain a candidate pool through advertising, CV databases, headhunting, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews over the phone and in person to assess candidates' experience and skills
  • Maintain accurate records in the database, including client and candidate information, calls, interviews, job updates, offers, and placements
  • Generate target client lists, manage existing relationships, and develop new accounts
