Roles/Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hotel's business objectives and brand guidelines.
  2. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance visibility and engagement.
  3. Lead and execute creative marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract new guests and drive revenue growth.
  4. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment between departments.
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and enhance market positioning.
  6. Monitor marketing performance metrics and analyze data to optimize campaigns and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  7. Manage the hotel's loyalty programs and guest engagement initiatives to build strong guest relationships and enhance guest retention.
  8. Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and partners to expand the hotel's reach and secure media coverage and partnerships.
