This is a dual role, requiring both Campaign Management and Sales and Relationship management skills. The company provides cutting-edge tools, including marketing and advertising services, to help their clients grow and streamline their operations. Your position will be a revenue-generating position that connects these services to their large existing client base and also to external clients who would benefit from their offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute paid media strategies across social media, email, and digital ads to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.
Sell advertising opportunities to clients and aligned brands, including placements in newsletters, social media, blog posts, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with promotional services.
Coordinate with the design team to communicate campaign needs and ensure timely approval of creative materials.
Strategise and implement email marketing campaigns, including managing mailing lists, content sponsorships, HTML updates, and ensuring high engagement rates.
Identify and leverage monetisation opportunities across blogs, newsletters, social media, websites, and apps through sponsorships and advertisements.
Work with internal teams to create engaging content, optimise performance, and schedule campaigns for maximum reach and impact.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Explore innovative approaches to marketing, including discovering new sponsorships and monetisation strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Journalism, or related field
5+ years in marketing campaign management (including paid media)
Proven track record in ad sales and securing sponsorships
Strong client management, sales, and communication skills
Expertise in email marketing, content creation, and digital advertising
Proficiency in analysing marketing data and reporting
