Requirements, Experience, and Qualifications / Training

• Care Worker certificate or Occupational Therapy Technician qualification could be advantageous if you meet the other criteria.
• 2+ years of experience in the health environment or caregiving industry.

Key Duties

1. Supporting & assisting therapists in delivering therapy sessions and interventions.
2. Providing hands-on support & assistance to clients during therapy sessions and interventions.
3. Effective communication & collaboration with interdisciplinary team.
4. Equipment maintenance & management.
5. Observation & monitoring of clients.
6. Safety & risk management.
7. Documentation & record keeping.
