What you will do:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support for billing and order-to-cash processes.
2. Design email templates as needed.
3. Conduct research and analysis on products.
4. Develop training programs and assessments for consultants.
5. Prepare and deliver regular reports upon request.
6. Carry out responsibilities in line with team training and policy.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Strong networking knowledge.
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable, billing, and order-to-cash processes.
• Customer support experience with cloud (SaaS) products.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Sales-savvy, experienced in administrative office work, and excellent interdepartmental and client communication.
• A service-driven attitude towards all work - ensuring we provide the best service possible, as quickly as possible, to all customers.
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).

Will be a great plus:
