Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires expertise in diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repairs while adhering to manufacturer guidelines and service standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles.
• Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and performance-related issues .
• Use diagnostic software and specialized tools to troubleshoot problems.
• Conduct scheduled services, engine repairs, brake and suspension work, and transmission maintenance .
• Ensure repairs and maintenance meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and necessary repairs.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history .
• Stay up to date with technical training and advancements in automotive technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the workshop.

Minimum Requirements :

• Proven experience as a technician or working with German luxury vehicles .
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools (ISTA, Rheingold, INPA, etc.) .
• Ability to interpret technical service bulletins and repair manuals .
• Understanding of electrical systems, engine diagnostics, and transmission repairs .
• A valid driver’s license .
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills :

• Experience working in a Premium Branddealership or authorized service center .
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
