To negotiate with existing and prospective clients to retain their policies with Discovery Insure.

  • Reduce policy cancellations
  • Offer financial advice and promote product benefits as required
  • Achieve not taken up (NTU) targets
  • Ensure accurate, timely administration on relevant systems
  • Meet monthly product and soft skills knowledge targets
  • Engage with stakeholders effectively
  • Adhere to risk and compliance requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience (Essential)
  • Degree (Advantageous)
