High End Insurance Sales Agency Looking for Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without constant supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  • Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
  • Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
  • Agents who require hand-holding at every step
  • Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
  • Individuals who are not coachable or have a large ego
Who We ARE Looking For:
  • Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively communicate
  • Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
  • Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not your traditional life insurance company; we focus on high-end products rather than traditional life, final expense, or mortgage protection policies.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the U.S.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs, but we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
