Requirements :
- A recognised National Diploma or equivalent (NQF level 6) in Office Administration, Business or Public Administration, Project Management.
- Experience: Two (2) to three (3) years’ relevant experience in the administration field.
Duties :
- Plan, organize, and monitor administrative activities for the Chief Directorate, including identifying strategies to meet capacity development needs.
- Implement systems to monitor capacity development through courses, workshops, seminars, interventions, and institutional support. Conduct research to support strategic advice and decisions.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and submissions; disseminate information to stakeholders. Support curriculum development and partner engagement.
- Assist in appointing and contracting experts, managing MoUs and MoAs for capacity development.
- Support curriculum review and updates, lead orientation of capacity offerings, and monitor delivery performance.
- Manage documentation related to budget, procurement, payments, and petty cash. Coordinate HR documentation, leave, performance, and skills development.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements and manage compliance and reporting calendars.
