ENVIRONMENT : Our client, a leading player in the fresh produce industry offering IT, analytics, and software support services, is seeking a Software Development Manager to oversee and lead the software development function across all systems.

This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and operational excellence, with a strong focus on aligning development efforts with company-wide standards.
