Full Job DescriptionHire Resolve's client is seeking a Director, Solutions & Services who will be responsible for directing and managing expert teams to deliver customized solution design and management, project delivery, and system product development.

This role encompasses leading solution architects in pre-sales activities and proposal preparation, guiding technical managers in global project execution, and collaborating with product marketing to drive the roadmap and development of eDocument issuance systems.

The Director will ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions that meet client needs and align with the company's strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Management : Lead and mentor a team of Solution Architects, participate in formulating system solutions for potential business opportunities, oversee technical proposals including system architectural design, implementation recommendations, and vendor product selection.

Drive technical pre-sales activities such as consultancy, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to facilitate sales efforts.Projects Delivery : Lead and manage a team of Technical Managers, participate in executing global projects, collaborate with Project Managers and clients on functional design, system architecture, and infrastructure deployment.

Ensure effective post-implementation support.System Product Development : Work with the Product Marketing team to define the product roadmap for eDocument issuance systems, lead the System Product Development team to build and enhance products according to the roadmap.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.At least 15 years of experience in enterprise application design and deployment, with a minimum of 5 years in team leadership roles.Highly Preferred QualificationsExperience in secured issuance of electronic documents like ID cards, licenses, passports.Experience in software product design, development, and management.Knowledge of information security, cryptography, and PKI.Proficiency in application / system architecture across various hosting environments.Knowledge of programming languages such as Flutter, Java, C++, C#, .NET, TypeScript, NodeJS, and databases like PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL.Understanding of infrastructure security, server, network, and storage sizing.Benefits include a competitive salary based on experience.
