The
key purpose of this role is to carry out all the required quality checks in his/her designated area, meeting the prescribed frequency and outputs as per ABInBev quality and process standards. Supports shift operations by ensuring front line problem solving for out-of-control processes and executing maintenance tasks such as cleaning and autonomous operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others in his / her designated area
- Responsible for Machine safe practices, PTW, LOTO and SAM
- Accountable for all quality process checks to be done as per prescribed frequency Responsible for quality packaged product within designated work area
- Ensure Problem solving for all out-of-control processes
- Required to escalate Out of control processes to Team Leader or Process Artisan Verify compliance with daily routines as per Agenda of Routine Execute Daily schedule: Production, changeovers, cleaning and lubrication, autonomous maintenance inspections and fixes
- Operate equipment according to SOP's Owner of the performance of the assigned equipment, including input and output, Process indicators, uptime and Quality at source Train on and check the execution of standards by the operation Escalate Major issues to the Team Leader or Process Artisan
- Ensure quality results are captured and loaded for each shift
- Ensure QFR and 5why are done timeously
- Manage personal development plan
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years factory production experience
- Demonstrated experience in shift production
- A superior performance track record indicating a disciplined work ethic with passion for problem solving and continuous improvement
