Join FNB as a Senior Data Scientist in Conversational AI

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Data Scientist to specialize in Conversational AI.

Our goal is to provide foundational support and enablement for the bank to deliver superior conversational and search experiences, driving engagement and value for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and enhancing language models using natural language processing and understanding skills.
• Advancing generative AI capabilities through the application of large language models (LLMs).
• Ensuring intelligent and contextually relevant conversations within our interfaces.
• Designing algorithms to improve chatbot and search engine accuracy.
• Building data science solutions that facilitate communication between conversational systems and core banking systems.
• Analyzing data to derive insights and support decision-making.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Business Mathematics, or Informatics.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Knowledge of the LangChain module.
• Practical experience in NLP applications.
• Strong motivation, proactivity, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
