Job description

Hello… an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Group Services, People Shared Services area. We are looking to recruit a Systems Administrator.

Job Purpose :

Ensure the capability of Payroll\HR information and line of business systems to meet Group and Business reporting requirements, support the full Payroll\HR operational value chain and enable a Top Employer experience by ensuring the Payroll\HR Information Systems comply to risk requirements of the organisation and in line with company policies, procedures and legislation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • System optimization and integrations between all relevant Human Capital systems.
  • Manage and implement securities and segregation of duties through the setup of appropriate user rights per level and management of the security blueprint for the HRIS.
  • Deployment and integration of systems to support customer service, efficiency and excellence throughout the employee value chain.
  • Compliance with internal policies and procedures related to leave management.
  • Accurate and timely administration of employee leave, including leave balances, approvals, and record-keeping.
  • Jira, Neptune, Employee Self Service, PaySpace and any other relevant Human Capital systems : Ensure Jira tickets are up-to-date and accurately reflect system changes.
  • DR Testing : Conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) testing on a monthly basis to ensure system redundancy and business continuity.
  • Monthly and Adhoc Reporting : Provide regular reports to business stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of all relevant internal integrated portals & systems.
  • Support Human Capital team on position Management between Jira, Neptune & PaySpace
  • System issues – first line of contact before escalating to a consultant.
