The organization aims to provide excellence in training and talent development to founders, female leaders, leaders and aspiring leaders, as well as Executive and Non-Executive board members in Southern Africa. It is part of the German and International Board Partners Group. We work with B2B, Corporate Inhouse concepts, and B2C Master Class concepts.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a 'Head of Academy' at Board Partners - Board Academy Africa. The role involves conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing the training, mentoring, and development of the Academy offerings. The 'Head of' also is in charge of Sales and Business Development. The team works some days per month hybrid, but the role is primarily located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area, in Rosebank.

Qualifications
  1. Leadership development, mentoring, and training experiences
  2. Experience in designing and developing executive education programs
  3. Knowledge of leadership and board governance
  4. Experience in an Academy, Business School, University, or Training Institutes
  5. Excellent communication and networking skills
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a focus on revenue and profit
  7. Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Leadership, or related field
