LUV Car Wash is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee operations at their growing locations. The role involves recruiting and training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. Ideal candidates will have management experience, preferably in hospitality or automotive sectors, and strong communication skills.
LUV Car Wash was founded in September and has rapidly expanded to over 70 locations across 6 states: CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ.
We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to join our growing team and help us achieve our mission to become the best car wash in the industry.
The General Manager (GM) oversees all site operations, including recruiting staff, ensuring site safety, managing facilities, providing customer service, driving sales, ensuring site compliance, and developing the car wash team.
Reports to: District Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt / Non-Exempt
Physical Demands: Occasional prolonged walking / standing, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
Education: HS Diploma or equivalent preferred; Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or related field is a plus.
Experience: At least three years of management experience required; restaurant or hospitality management experience is highly preferred; automotive or car wash industry experience is a plus.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
