Position : Service Technician (PCO)

The Service Technician (PCO) manages the relationship between Rentokil and clients by delivering high-quality pest control services that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing quality pest control/management services
• Achieving productivity standards set by the company
• Retaining existing clients
• Complying with the Rentokil Codes of Practice and documenting services
• Advising clients on housekeeping, stacking, and proofing requirements
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment
• Carrying necessary pesticides and equipment
• Protecting company vehicle and image
• Using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
• Meeting health and safety requirements

Skills and qualifications include:

• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to identify customer needs and solutions
• Professional demeanor and presentation
• Valid, unendorsed Code 08 driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Good time management
• Physical health

Qualifications and experience required:

• Matric or equivalent
• Knowledge of competitors and activity
• Fully qualified (NCPC) or PMA/PCSI B, registered with the Department of Agriculture (P-Number)
• Previous pest control experience
• H&S knowledge and experience
• HACCP knowledge and experience
