Ecolab is seeking an experienced SHEQ Officer with extensive knowledge in the chemical industry. This senior role will provide critical support to the Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be based at our plant in Johannesburg and should have extensive experience in the chemical sector, particularly in handling hazardous substances.

The role involves working in environmental, health, and safety disciplines to ensure compliance with SHE standards and regulatory requirements. It includes implementing and maintaining safety programs, monitoring hazards, investigating incidents, and recommending improvements. Requirements:

  • Degree in occupational safety, environmental health, or a related field.
