Your Role

As a Midweight Graphic Designer at DoubleShift, you'll step into the heart of our creative studio, shaping and executing brand experiences that are as smart as they are striking.

You'll work across identity systems, marketing campaigns, digital content, and pitch decks—bringing clarity, consistency, and visual punch to every brief. This isn't just a 'make it pretty' job.

What We're Looking For
  • You're a conceptual thinker and detail-obsessed maker.

  • You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, whether that's refining a brand identity, mocking up a landing page, or translating strategy into a scroll-stopping Instagram carousel.
  • You have a solid sense of aesthetic, a sharp eye for typography, and a drive to push every project further.
  • You're able to work independently when needed but are also a true collaborator—able to bounce ideas, receive feedback with maturity, and contribute meaningfully to the collective creative standard of the studio.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design compelling brand identities and campaign assets across digital, print, and presentation formats.
  • Bring visual consistency and flair to client deliverables and internal communications.
  • Develop digital content that aligns with platform best practices (web, email, social, UI mockups).
  • Collaborate with design leads, strategists, and client service teams on creative execution.
  • Uphold and evolve brand guidelines across multiple client portfolios.
  • Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your work—from ideation to delivery.
  • Contribute to the creative energy of the studio with fresh thinking and proactive input.
  • Maintain solid project hygiene in project management tools (task updates, version control, etc.).
Core Skills and Experience
  • 5–10 years of graphic design experience (agency experience is a must).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital design work.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Figma and Adobe XD for collaborative workflows.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, layout hierarchy, typography, and colour theory.
  • Experience creating assets for digital-first formats (social, landing pages, paid media).
  • Comfortable working on tight timelines without compromising on craft.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate briefs into concept-led visual outputs.
  • Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with basic motion design, After Effects is a plus.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design, Webflow or Framer.
  • Exposure to 3D tools (even at a basic level).
  • Knowledge of SEO-friendly design practices.
  • Illustration, icon design, or custom type capabilities.
