Your Role
  1. Develop and execute action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Prospect, source, and maintain customer relationships within the assigned area.
  3. Promote and sell service products such as fixed price services and repairs, service plans, overhauls, and advanced services, including air system audits and process improvement services (move customers up service ladder).
  4. Engage in planned prospecting activities and customer visits to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  5. Increase the amount of equipment serviced by us relative to our installed base.
  6. Increase the amount of equipment on service contracts.
  7. Follow up effectively and efficiently on leads, opportunities, quotes, and orders, and actively seek new business opportunities.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and quotations in Cloud for Customer (C4C).
  9. Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  10. Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, lost orders, and customer feedback, including recommendations for improvements.
