Our client in the financial services industry is seeking an Artworker responsible for creating, formatting, and finalizing artwork for various digital and print media projects.
This role requires a meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail to ensure all visual materials meet high-quality standards.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to produce visually appealing, brand-consistent materials. This position operates within our client's open and collaborative creative culture, encouraging early and frequent sharing of creative work to align and evolve the brand and customer experience.
What you will do:
- Produce high-quality artwork for marketing and communication materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, reports, and digital assets.
- Ensure all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Adapt and resize existing artwork for different formats and platforms.
- Conduct quality checks on all artwork for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design specifications.
- Correct discrepancies or errors before final production.
- Ensure artwork is print-ready and meets technical requirements of printing processes.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to understand project briefs.
- Provide support and feedback to enhance visual material quality.
- Communicate effectively with external vendors and printers for proper production and delivery.
- Maintain an organized library of artwork files, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and accessibility.
- Track version control and updates for artwork files.
- Manage and archive completed projects for future reference.
- Ensure consistency with brand identity and guidelines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines and templates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience as an artworker or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant software.
- Experience with Adobe Express for template-driven work is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of digital and print production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and keen eye for design and typography.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of digital design tools and web technologies.
- Experience contributing to a Brand Design System.
- Familiarity with project management software and workflow tools.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront is preferred.
- Ability to conduct pre-flight checks on print materials.
- Experience supporting environmental sustainability in artwork creation.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of artwork and design projects.
