Purpose of Position:

To ensure the timely completion of administrative training functions to support the facilitation, assessment, and coordination of Ampath Medical Technology learners.

Requirements:

• Certificate: Office Administration
• Grade 12

Required Experience:

• Experience in pathology laboratory environment
• General administration experience
• Knowledge of Google and Google Mail
• Knowledge of Meditech system
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of MS Word

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate venue bookings, stock control, program bookings, learner registrations, and fee payments
• Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath
• Perform administrative tasks related to CPD, TMIS input of learner results, attendance, and scripts
• Printing of forms, learning materials, and publication of past exam papers
