Job description

An experienced, current and active individual in the industry is required for the position of Commercial Truck Sales Executive for permanent employment based in Pietermaritzburg.

Position Details:

  • Industry: Commercial / Truck Dealership
  • Reference No.: TRG 2177
  • Salary: Market-related TCTC (negotiable based on experience), including basic salary, commission, bonus, vehicle, mobile, and provident fund. To be confirmed.
  • Start Date: Immediate or negotiable.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on commercial truck sales only.
  • Manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
  • Conduct stock taking of each vehicle.
  • Coordinate vehicle movements through logistics.
  • Build, maintain, and develop client relationships.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years proven truck sales experience.
  • Experience in the dealership industry with an active client portfolio.
  • Proficiency with Kerridge, CMS, Truck Science, and Transolve software.
  • Computer literacy, including MS Office and Excel.
  • Presentable, sales-oriented, relationship-building, trustworthy.
  • Well-connected within the truck and commercial vehicle industry.
  • Valid driver’s licenses: minimum Code 08, with Code 10 or 14 preferred.
