We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SaaS Business Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, map processes, identify gaps, and recommend the most suitable Zoho-based solutions. This role requires a strong grasp of SaaS platforms, especially Zoho applications, as well as the ability to create comprehensive documentation and process flows.
Other desired skills include excellent communication, stakeholder management, detailed documentation, API integrations, workflow automation within Zoho, data migration, analytics, reporting tools, and experience working with SMEs or in a consultancy setting.
