Job Description

1. Drive strategic leadership and innovation
2. Work closely with HR to ensure compliance and safety
3. Work closely with the Strategic team to promote strategy and IT integration
4. Ensure project management and operational excellence
5. Focus heavily on customer engagement and retention
6. Work closely with the CFO to ensure financial stability and a clear financial overview

The Successful Applicant

1. At least 20 years experience in logistics and international freight forwarding
2. Clear and demonstrated track record as a Managing Director/CEO with significant experience in a similar role
3. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or similar at NQF Level 8
4. Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
5. Clear track record of driving growth within a multinational organisation
