Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the full lifecycle of support issues from logging to resolution
2. Implement and optimize cloud strategies
3. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams for solutions
4. Drive process and service improvements
5. Utilize monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Elastic, Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus
6. Investigate data integrity issues between applications
7. Analyze support data for insights
8. Understand client business processes
9. Propose and implement configuration changes
10. Oversee cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization
11. Handle customer queries and lead support meetings
12. Mentor junior analysts and support teams
13. Participate in escalation schedules and handle critical events
14. Design and implement complex cloud solutions and migrations

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum 5 years in application support or similar IT roles
• 3-5 years supporting cloud applications, preferably AWS
