The world of Risk and Regulation is changing rapidly. PwC’s Risk & Regulatory team is expanding and seeking candidates at the manager level with 3–5 years of experience in risk consulting or in a related compliance or risk role within industry.
Job Description
Main Purpose:
To manage the day-to-day delivery of Risk & Regulatory teams in delivering risk management and regulatory change projects, including:
- Regulatory licensing applications
- Regulatory change management
- Capacity, capability, and skills development
- Design of Compliance Functions and target operating models
- Development of compliance risk management frameworks and methodologies
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and monitoring reviews
- Supporting regulatory relationships and onsite preparation or remediation
Responsibilities
- Managing teams on various engagement sizes, working on client sites and liaising with clients daily
- Keeping abreast of trends and developments in regulatory compliance to help clients adapt to evolving requirements
- Applying compliance risk management methodologies to analyze and document risks, issues, and potential solutions, preparing reports accordingly
- Developing a specialized area of expertise to become a subject matter expert
- Supporting senior team members in proposal preparation, marketing, sales activities, and ongoing client engagement
- Building relationships and networking internally and with clients
- Contributing to discussions on regulatory changes and best practices
- Participating in PwC’s Thought Leadership initiatives
