  • Act as a liaison between sales and delivery teams, ensuring client expectations and timelines are aligned.
  • Monitor and manage the client onboarding process post-sale, ensuring a smooth handoff and service delivery.
  • Provide internal support to the CEO, helping prioritize tasks, prepare reports, and coordinate initiatives.
  • Collaborate on proposals, quotes, and contracts for web development services.
  • Assist in managing project timelines, communications, and status updates across global teams.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions to improve operations.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience,
  • Direct experience selling or managing website development services for U.S.-based clients.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with stakeholders at all levels, especially C-level.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Trello, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of digital project lifecycles, especially in web design, development, or digital marketing.

  • Collaborate with a globally diverse and talented team.
  • Contribute directly to company growth, scalability, and client satisfaction.
  • Flexible working hours with a core overlap in Pacific Time (California-based leadership).
