Job description

As an Account Executive at Recess.tv, you'll transform fitness and wellness studios by providing them software they'll actually love using (no joke—we checked).

Our sales motion is structured, tested, and ready to scale. Your role will initially focus on mastering our proven sales processes, engaging gym and studio owners, and closing deals with ninja-like precision. You'll become a key contributor to a high-performing, supportive sales team that’s as obsessed with leveling-up careers as it is with helping fitness businesses thrive.

Specifically, your role’s focus will encompass the following:

Selling.

We have clear processes, goals, and training—you’ll provide the grit, personality, and discipline. Day-to-day you'll:

  • Prospect creatively (no spammy scripts—we promise!) using structured processes that keep your pipeline healthy and your paycheck healthier.
  • Generate Pipeline for our intuitive platform with charm, clarity, and humor (dad jokes appreciated, but not required).
  • Win Deals and Manage your sales pipeline proactively, closing new logos, and helping Recess.tv grow faster than your Peloton stats.
  • Clay.com ai, Chatgpt AI, Hyperbound.ai (training)

Leveling Up.

You'll continuously develop your selling muscles, career path, and bank account by:

  • Following a highly successful structure to sales.
  • Participating in structured coaching designed to boost your sales skills and earning potential.
  • Embracing clear benchmarks for success—do the work, earn the rewards. Simple as burpees. (But way less painful.)
  • Helping shape a sales culture rooted in high achievement, friendly competition, and genuine team spirit. Think CrossFit, but fewer injuries.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • Sales Experience: 2+ years crushing quotas in a SaaS sales role. Bonus points if you can sell us on why kale smoothies aren’t terrible.
  • Motivation & Drive: You love clear goals, structured sales motions, and knowing exactly what success looks like. You’re motivated by seeing your performance (and your paycheck) grow.
  • Communication Skills: You can confidently engage studio owners, speak to their pain points, and demo solutions in a way that gets them saying, "Wow, that was easy."
  • Ownership & Discipline: You're disciplined, proactive, and take ownership of your own pipeline. You’re excited by a sales structure designed to make you successful—no micromanaging required.
