Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Exceed customer expectations by practicing customer selling techniques.
  2. Adhere to stock loss controls in store.
  3. Ensure individual targets are met consistently.
  4. Maximize and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover.
  5. Maintain housekeeping and uphold visual merchandising standards to optimize sales.
  6. Create an inspiring environment and promote a fun atmosphere.
  7. Transact all purchases by receiving, verifying, and processing payments such as cash, cards, vouchers, coupons, and other acceptable methods.
  8. Ensure all outgoing stock/items/scripts are scanned and paid for.
  9. Process all loyalty cards, including those of accelerated partners.
  10. Establish professional relationships with customers and provide friendly, helpful, courteous assistance and advice.
  11. Report customer compliments and complaints to management.
  12. Attend to all customer stock queries and ensure they are dealt with and resolved.
