PwC is looking for a SAP Training Lead to join our Cloud & Digital practice on a Fixed Term Contract basis. A SAP Training Lead will lead the training strategy and efforts to ensure the solution meets the business requirement and fulfils all user stories.
The ideal candidate would have a strong SAP technical background and 8+ years proven experience in SAP cloud technology enabled business transformation projects and programmes.
Requirements:
- More than 8 years of SAP implementation training experience
- Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement
- Hands-on experience in SAP training delivery planning, tracking, and monitoring effectiveness
- A thorough understanding of the full software development lifecycle is required
- Cloud experience recommended
- SAP Certification beneficial
- Proficiency in training tools e.g. SAP Enable Now beneficial
- Experience in Agile delivery in SAP projects
- Experience in managing and delivering quality training outcomes for SAP implementation, upgrade or conversion programs, particularly SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in designing and implementing training strategies for large SAP programmes, ensuring alignment with business goals and programme timelines
- Developing and creating/updating training materials on selected delivery platforms e.g. e-learning platforms such as SAP Enable Now
- Conducting training sessions, workshops and/or webinars for various SAP modules and processes with at least 4+ full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Providing guidance and support to the training team to ensure effective training delivery
- Working closely with programme stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure successful knowledge transfer
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training delivery though assessments, feedback and performance metrics
- Previous experience in a consulting environment is beneficial
- Experience in Agile delivery in SAP projects
Responsibilities:
- Develop and sign off on the training strategy, approach and plan
- Take overall responsibility for the end-to-end training scope
- Define and manage all activities involved in the end-to-end training, including strategy, planning, execution, quality assessment and issue resolution within the context of each training release/delivery
- Ensure the appropriate planning, deployment and management of the training resources for each release/delivery
- Build and manage internal/external training teams and advocate the appropriate level of quality
- Ensure the delivery of the training as per the agreed training approach and on time, within budget while meeting all quality objectives
- Monitor the progress and report the result of training execution (including training effort estimation and monitoring of actual effort)
- Ensure the application of appropriate training measurements and metrics
- Review training outcomes to ensure that it meets the defined entry and exit criteria
- Review external supplier training and training deliverables
- Effectively manage issues, risks and changes related to the training workstream
- Participate in programme risk and issue management
Role related attributes:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
